In keeping with Commissioner Ellis’ commitment to economic equity and youth empowerment, the One for All Foundation is helping today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders. The Harris County Leadership Internship Program (formerly known as the L.E.E. Program) provides 25 students with the opportunity to serve their community and explore a career in public service. This paid internship program prioritizes leadership training, professional skill development, and real-world work experiences at the local level in partnership with Harris County and local public service entities so students can learn from and contribute to public service work in their academic fields and community.
